费用报销模板管理模块，支持全局或按公司创建报销模板，通过配置分摊方式（固定金额、百分比、方法计算、余额），财务人员可一键从模板快速生成报销明细行。模板看板仪表盘显示待审核计数，支持多币种自动转换和到岸成本自动分摊，大幅提升报销录入效率。

The Expense Report Template Management module enables creating expense templates globally or per company. By configuring distribution types (Fixed Amount, Percentage, By Method, Balance), financial reviewers can quickly generate expense lines from templates with one click. The template kanban dashboard shows pending review counts, supports multi-currency auto-conversion, and handles landed cost auto-distribution — dramatically improving expense entry efficiency.
