MRP人工成本管理模块，基于计件和工时计算工序人工成本。支持每工序计件和每产成品计件两种模式，在BoM工序中管理人工单位成本，通过岗位提成权重自动分配员工奖金，一键生成含人工成本的PDF成本报告。
MRP HR cost management based on piece-rate and timesheet. Supports per-operation and per-product piecework modes. Manage HR unit cost in BoM operations, auto-distribute employee commission by job coefficient, generate PDF cost reports including HR costs after MO completion.
