Why This Module?
Understanding fund flow — where capital comes from and how it is applied — is critical for financial health analysis. Instead of manual spreadsheet work, this module compares two financial periods to reveal partner capital movements, loan changes, working capital shifts, and net fund flow in one screen. With variance indicators and one-click Excel export, finance teams make faster, smarter decisions.
What This Module Does
Select two date ranges, and instantly see balance sheet items, working capital, and a complete fund flow statement with period-over-period variance.
Two-period comparison with variance at a glance
Compare any two date ranges — previous vs current month, quarter, or custom periods. Partner Capital, Reserves, Long-Term Loans, Fixed Assets, and Net Profit are shown side by side with ↑/↓ variance indicators for instant trend reading.
Liquidity position & working capital movement
The working capital panel shows Inventory, Debtors, Cash & Bank, and Creditors side by side for both periods — instantly revealing operational efficiency, liquidity trends, and net working capital change.
Sources & applications of funds — clearly classified
The fund flow statement classifies every rupee — Sources (capital injection, loan proceeds, funds from operations) vs Applications (loan repayments, asset purchases, working capital increase) — with a clear net fund flow surplus or deficit.
Custom date ranges & professional XLSX output
Select start and end dates for both periods independently. Then export the complete fund flow statement to XLSX — with full formatting, variance columns, period labels, working capital details, and fund flow summary in one file.
