What is the Module Function?
This module lets you manage login sessions based on employees, not just users. Every login is tracked and linked to the specific employee selected—giving you full visibility into who logged in, when, and from which device or browser. Need to force logout an employee who forgot to sign out on a public device? No problem. Suspicious activity from an account? You can terminate that session instantly. Perfect for companies that take account security seriously, especially those with shared devices, shift-based teams, or remote workers. With this module, you gain tighter control, better visibility, and peace of mind. Take charge of your system’s access security—employee by employee.
Tutorial Use Module
How To Install?
Open App => search name module "ara_login_session_employee" => Install / Activate
1. How to config?
Open settings => click users => choose user admin or user other => click tab "session login by employee" => your chosee employee use user with session employee login. notes: Don't forget to set the PIN for each employee in the employee records. If your simple setup pin employee please click "Open Employees"
if you use ip address check, please open employee and setup ip address
2. How to Work Module
Login user => portal session employee => click defender icon => chosee employee and input pin if you true success login application.
If you wrong pin, show notif and failed login application
If different ip address with ip address setup data employee, show notif and failed login application . notes : if employee have data setup ip address
If you success, you can access system odoo and show watermark by employee, if you create data auto watermark session employee now
3. Feature Tracking and Force Close Employee Session
if you have access right Admin/Settings, you can access feature Tracking and Force Close Employee Session in user data
