The **Redeem Stamp** module is designed to strengthen customer engagement by allowing them to exchange accumulated points or "stamps" from previous purchases for specific rewards or products. This module covers the entire cycle, from configuring the loyalty program and stock locations, the customer's website experience for selecting rewards and delivery methods, through to the validation and fulfillment process by the administrative team on the backend, ensuring a structured reward system that continually motivates customer loyalty.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Configure the Loyalty Program as Stamp
Ensure your loyalty program is configured to use the "Stamp" mechanism. Open the **Discount & Loyalty** Program and verify that the **Program Type** is set to **Loyalty Cards** and the **Stamp** checkbox is activated.
2. Configure Warehouse Location for Redemption (Redeem)
You need to define the warehouse/stock location that will be used for the products being redeemed. Go to **Inventory > Locations**, select the relevant location (e.g., WH/Stock), and ensure the **Redeem** checkbox is activated.

4. Selecting the Stamp Program for Redemption
From the **Redeem** menu on the website, the customer selects **Redeem Stamp**. They will be presented with the available stamp program options (Example: Amazing Stamp) and click the **Choose** button.
5. Selecting the Reward Product
The customer views the list of available reward products for the selected program and the number of stamps required for each product (Example: Corner Desk requires 4 stamps). The customer clicks the **Redeem** button under the desired product.
6. Confirmation of Redemption Details
The customer confirms the product and selects the **Delivery Method** (e.g., **Pickup**), then clicks **Submit** to send the redemption request.
7 Viewing Redemption History
The submitted request can be viewed in the **History Redeems Stamp**. New requests will have a **draft** status before being processed by the admin.
8. Processing Redemption in the Backend (Point of Sale/POS)
The Admin or store staff will see the Draft status Redeem Stamp request. After verification, they click the **Process Redeem** button to finalize the transaction, deduct the customer's points, and initiate product fulfillment.
