How It Works
- Configure debit and credit accounts on each salary rule in the payroll structure
- Set the default payroll journal in the Payroll configuration settings
- When a payslip is confirmed, a journal entry is automatically created with the correct accounts
- Use the smart button on the payslip form to navigate directly to the linked journal entry
- If a payslip is cancelled, the corresponding journal entry is automatically reversed
- Process payslips in batches using payslip runs with full accounting integration
