Odoo 18 POS Gift Card (Enterprise)

This module allow user to generate gift cards and customer can use this cards to make payment.

Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo Enterprise edition but not tested in community version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.

How to use

  • User have to create new payment method for gift card.


  • User have to configure the settings to use the gift card in POS.


  • After Configuration, User can see gift card button in POS.


  • User can create new gift card by click on create button.


  • User have to add details in create gift card popup to create a gift card.


  • User can confirm the gift card details to create the gift card.






  • User can redeem the gift card during payment.






  • User can recharge the gift card.




  • User can extend the expiry date of the gift card.


  • User can change the gift card number.




  • User can see gift card usage history at backend side.


  • User can see gift card recharge history at backend side.


  • User can define card type with name and code.


  • Customer get the mail about change the gift card number.


  • Customer get the mail about recharge the gift card.


  • Customer get the mail about expiration of the gift card before 7 days of expiration.
