Odoo 18 HR Dynamic Payslip (Enterprise)

This module allows to manage employee payslip dynamically.

Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo Enterprise edition but not tested in Community version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.

Features

  • Multiple Payslip can be generated at a time.
  • It includes watermark for text as well as images.
  • It gives user to print dynamic payslip in different paperformats.

How to use

  • Open dynamic payslip menu from the hr payroll main-menu.


  • List view of the payslip design templates.


  • From the form view of the payslip design you can create the custom payslip design template by code.
  • From the format tab of the payslip design can define the paper format details for the payslip design template.
  • List of the paper formats.
  • Add the Dynamic Payslip Paper Format.
  • Paper format form view.
  • Dynamic Payslip Report form.
  • In dynamic payslip report form can select the department, employee, custom paper format and template.
  • Odoo default layout selection form.
  • On continue will print the report for selected employees with selected custom paper format and template.
