Odoo 18 OCR Bill (Enterprise)
The OCR Bill module in Odoo allows users to upload vendor bill PDFs, automatically extract key details such as vendor information, invoice dates, totals, and line items using OCR, and generate draft bills with pre-filled data. It provides a split-screen interface with resizable and collapsible panels for easy PDF preview and form entry, while also supporting vendor and product auto-matching with existing records to ensure accuracy. This module simplifies the bill processing workflow, reduces manual data entry, and improves efficiency in managing vendor invoices.
Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo
Enterprise edition but not tested in community version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows
OS.
How to use
- In Accounting select OCR Bill menu.
- Click On Select PDF File, and choose pdf to vendor create bill.
- Selected File View.
- Click Read Button to Read the pdf Data and display in Custom preview and vendor bill Form.
- OCR Preview & Form View.
