Odoo 18 POS Inter-Company Transactions (Enterprise)

Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo Enterprise edition but not tested in Community version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.

Features

  • Creates purchase order when POS order is created.
  • Creates purchase order in draft state or validate state based on settings.

How to use

  • Enable Inter-Company Transactions configuration and select appropriate configurations from the General Settings.


  • You can configure settings for the opposite company as shown below.
  • Go to Settings > Users & Companies, under Inter-Company Transactions tab.


  • In POS, select a customer company with the relevant enabled configurations. Click the InterCompany PO button to create a Purchase Order for the POS order.


  • Created POS order.


  • Created purchase order for POS order.
  • When 'Create in draft' option is configured, purchase order is created in RFQ state.


  • When 'Create and validate' option is configured, purchase order is created in done state.
