This module provides a critical control for your sales workflow by preventing users from confirming a Sales Order if a product is out of stock in the specific warehouse selected on the order line. It ensures your team only commits to orders that can be fulfilled, eliminating errors and improving customer satisfaction.
Feature Highlights
Activate Restriction Feature
Easily enable or disable the out-of-stock restriction for all sales orders with a single checkbox in your Sales settings.
Flexible Validation Method
Choose your restriction method from the settings. You can validate sales based on the physical 'On Hand Quantity' or the 'Forecast Quantity' to match your business strategy.
Product Stock Overview
Before making a sale, get a clear overview of your product's stock levels across all of your different warehouse locations.
Warehouse-Specific On-Hand Quantity
A new field on the sales order line shows the live 'On Hand Quantity' of the product specifically from the chosen warehouse, giving your sales team instant and accurate data.
Set a Default Warehouse for the Order
Conveniently select a default warehouse for the entire sales order from the 'Other Info' tab. This warehouse will be used for all order lines unless overridden for a specific line.
Intelligent Stock Blocking
If a user tries to confirm an order with insufficient stock from the selected warehouse, the module blocks the action and displays a clear warning message with all the necessary details.
