To access the Calendar View: Go to the Attendance module. From the list of available views, click on the Calendar view icon (usually next to List or Kanban views). This will show attendance entries laid out on a calendar interface.

Day view: Displays employee attendance for a single day. Week view: Shows attendance for the entire week. Month view: Gives an overview of attendance for the whole month. You can switch between these views using the toolbar at the top of the calendar.

If an employee forgets to clock in or out, you can manually correct the entry. To do so: Go to the Calendar View. Find the date where the entry is missing or incorrect. Click the entry (or create a new one), and enter the correct clock-in and clock-out times.

Yes, you can manually add or edit attendance records directly from the Calendar View. To add a new entry: Click on the date you want to add the entry. Enter the employee's clock-in and clock-out times. To edit an existing entry, simply click on the entry, make the necessary changes, and save.
