Overview
This module enhances the Kanban view of Odoo's Helpdesk module by adding ticket counters per stage directly on team cards. You can configure which stages to display on the Kanban board for optimized visual tracking of your support tickets.

Step 1: Configure Stages
Go to Helpdesk → Configuration → Stages and check the "Show on Kanban View" box for the stages you want to appear on the dashboard.
Step 2: View Kanban Board
Return to the Helpdesk team Kanban view. You will now see the number of tickets for each configured stage.
Access Tickets
Click on a counter to directly access the filtered list of tickets for that stage.

Go to Helpdesk → Configuration → Stages and check the "Show on Kanban View" box for each stage you want to display on the team Kanban cards.
Yes, the ticket counters are automatically updated whenever tickets are created, moved, or closed. Simply refresh the Kanban view to see the latest numbers.
Clicking on a stage counter opens the ticket list view filtered to show only tickets in that specific stage for the selected team. This provides quick access to tickets that need attention.
