Usage

To use this module, follow these steps:

  1. Set Company Timezone: Go to Settings > Companies > [Your Company] and set the Timezone to your local timezone (e.g., US/Eastern).
  2. Enable Auto Checkout: Navigate to Settings > Attendance > Auto Check-Out and enable the feature.
  3. Configure Checkout Method:
    • Choose “Based on” as Time or Working Hours.
    • For Time: Set the checkout time in hours (e.g., 22:00 for 10:00 PM local time).
    • For Working Hours: Set the maximum hours (e.g., 8.0).
  4. Automatic Operation: The system will automatically check out employees based on the configured criteria, respecting the company’s timezone.

This ensures employees are checked out accurately at the desired local time, handling daylight saving changes.
