Scheduled action to create daily task report. You can find this scheduled action through Settings -> Technical -> Automation -> Scheduled Actions -> Daily Task Report. You can see the next execution date on the scheduled action and the scheduled action will run in every 1 day.
Scheduled action to create weekly task report. You can find this scheduled action through Settings -> Technical -> Automation -> Scheduled Actions -> Weekly Task Report
You need to set the Next Execution Date on the scheduled action for the first time.Then the scheduled action will run in every 1 week.
Set outgoing email server through Settings -> Custom Email Servers -> Outgoing Email Servers.
