🔧 How It Works

The Purchase Advance Payment Odoo app helps you manage prepayments on purchase orders before generating vendor bills. It's particularly useful for businesses that require upfront payments to suppliers. After confirming a purchase order, you can click the "Register Advance Payment" button to initiate the payment. All advance payments are linked to the respective purchase order and can be easily reviewed from the order screen. When the final vendor bill is created, these advance payments can be applied to reduce the total payable amount. It's important to note that advance payments must be made before the vendor bill is generated, ensuring that the process remains accurate and well-organized.

📘 User Guide

• Register advance payment from the purchase order

• Enter the amount and register the payment

• Advance payment generated successfully

• Advance payment is linked with the purchase order. If there are multiple payments, it will show the total of all payments and also allow you to redirect to the payments from here.
