Walkthrough

Navigate to Quick Chatter Notes -> Templates.

Quick Note Templates list view, click 'New' to create new template.

Quick Note Templates form view.

Go to the 'CRM' and click 'Quick Note'.

Select 'Template' and click 'Add Note'.

Your note is instantly added to the chatter.
