Streamlining Subscription Agreements and Renewals

This platform enables users to manage subscription contracts, send email notifications, generate invoices for active subscriptions, and renew subscriptions by linking them to parent contracts. It also offers flexibility to configure subscription plans and stages, as well as print detailed PDF reports. For further guidance, watch the video and refer to the screenshots below.

Main Features:

  • Allow the subscription user to create and manage a subscription contract within the platform.
  • Subscriptions in the 'Trial' stage, where the Trial Period End Date has passed or is today, will have their End Date and Next Billing Date automatically updated by the cron job, based on the plan's billing cycle.
  • Allow the subscription user to click on 'Send by Email' within the subscription to send an email notification to the customer.
  • Allow the subscription user to create an invoice from the subscription when it is in the active stage.
  • Subscriptions nearing their expiration date will have their status updated to 'Expired Soon.' Additionally, the cron job will trigger an email notification to the subscriber, informing them that their subscription is about to expire.
  • Subscriptions that have passed their expiration date will have their status updated to 'Expired.' Additionally, the cron job will send an email notification to the subscriber, informing them that their subscription has expired.
  • Allow the subscription user to renew the subscription by creating a new subscription and linking it to the original as the parent subscription, ensuring continuity and proper management of subscription records.
