Default Salesperson & Readonly Protection
Enforce security protocols by locking down the Salesperson field on Sales Orders and Invoices, automatically pulling values from customer configuration.
Enforced Readonly
The Salesperson field (user_id / invoice_user_id) is set to read-only for
standard users, preventing unauthorized manual modification.
Auto Customer-Mapping
Selecting a customer instantly assigns their configured salesperson (or their commercial parent's salesperson) automatically.
Bypass Group
A specific user group "Permission to change salesperson on sales and invoice documents" allows managers or admins to override the block and edit the salesperson freely.
Seamless Workflow Integration
Sales Order Creation
Create a Sales Order. As soon as you select the customer, the salesperson field is automatically computed and populated, locked from manual input.
Invoice Generation
Create invoices from the Sales Order. The invoice automatically inherits the salesperson set in the Sales Order, keeping it completely locked and immutable.
Manual Invoicing
When generating invoices manually without a sale order, the customer's salesperson is selected automatically, ensuring no invoice is left without its proper responsible agent.
