Portal Ticket Multiple Attachments
Enhance your customer support experience by allowing portal users to attach and submit multiple files simultaneously with their helpdesk tickets.
Multi-File Selection
Allows customers to select and upload multiple documents, images, or logs in a single ticket submission.
Auto Association
All selected files are automatically generated as attachments in the backend and linked directly to the created helpdesk ticket.
Seamless Integration
Works out-of-the-box, replacing Odoo's default single attachment limit on the portal submit form with zero complex configuration.
How It Works
Portal Form Access
The user navigates to the Helpdesk ticket submission form on the portal. The attachment field now supports multiple file selection.
Multiple File Selection & Upload
Customers can select multiple files at once. The user interface lists the selected files, giving clear feedback on what will be uploaded.
Automatic Attachment Creation
When the ticket is submitted, all files are uploaded and attached directly to the helpdesk ticket, fully visible inside the backend document chatter for support agents.
