Overview
Product Reservation Management
The Product Reservation Management module by Beyondata provides a dedicated interface to
view, track, and manage reserved stock in Odoo. It allows users to quickly identify which
products are reserved, understand the related reference (such as Sales Orders, Manufacturing
Orders, or other stock operations), and take direct action to unreserve stock when
necessary. This improves inventory visibility, prevents stock blocking, and streamlines
warehouse operations.

Configuration
Go to Inventory Module → Products → Manage Stock Reserve
From the list view, check details such as Reference, Product Name, Reserved Quantity, Source Location, Destination Location and the Picking type (Delivery Order, Manufacturing Order, etc.).
Use the search bar or filters to quickly find the required product reservation.
Select the product reservation that needs to be released.
Click the Unreserve button next to it.
The system will instantly release the reservation and update stock availability in real-time.
Open the related Delivery Order, Manufacturing Order, or Internal Transfer that the stock has been freed.
The product will now be available for new operations without manual adjustments.
Smart Button for Managing Stock Reserve in the Product Variant Form
A smart button has been added in the Product Variant form to quickly view and manage stock reserves.
The system will instantly release the reservation upon clicking the Unreserve button and update stock availability in real time.
