File Upload Option on Survey
The Survey Multi-File Upload Odoo app allows users to add single or
multiple file upload options to survey questions.
Participants can upload files as their responses.
If more than one file is uploaded, a warning will appear.
Enabling the "Upload Multiple Files" option allows participants to upload multiple
files as attachments.

Configuration For Survey Single File Upload Question
On survey users can add questions as file upload type and allow users to add
files as attachment answers.
Users can select "File Upload" as the "Question Type" and view the question type icon for file upload.
Upload File On Survey
On survey participants will see an "Add File" option for the "File Upload" question type.
By clicking this button, users can upload a file as an attachment.
Users can view the selected file uploaded as the answer to the survey question.
View Uploaded File on Answers
Users can see uploaded files by clicking the smart button inside the question form.
Click on the answer to the question to view the uploaded file.
The User can Download the Attachment of the Participant Here.
Single File Attachment Warning
If a user tries to upload multiple files for a single file upload question, a warning will be displayed.
Survey Multiple File Upload Question
On survey users can add questions as file upload type and allow survey participants to add multiple files as attachment answers.
Users can select "File Upload" as the "Question Type" and must enable the "Upload Multiple Files" option for survey participants to see the file upload question type view icon.

On survey participants can see "Add File" options for "File Upload" question type, by clicking this button the user can select and upload multiple files as attachment.
View Uploaded File on Answers
Users can see uploaded files on answers.
