Configuration
Our custom module’s functionality can be utilized through a website snippet, as demonstrated below.
You simply need to drag and drop the snippet into the desired area of the eCommerce website, as shown below.
You can add this snippet inside a product page like this:
- If added to a specific product page, the snippet will only appear on that product's page.
- If added to a common section for all products, it will be visible on every product page.
Just add the desired product and quantity to the cart, and then attach one or multiple files.
These attachments will be displayed within the snippet and also in an icon located near the cart. Additionally, the snippet will indicate which product or page the attachment was added from, allowing the seller to track it easily.
If the snippet is added to a non-product page, it will display the page name (as shown in the image below).
The seller can download the attachments using the download button, and users also have the option to delete attachments from the same interface.
Once the snippet is used on a page, it will automatically disappear from the available blocks.
We have added a validation: if a user tries to upload an attachment without adding a product, an error message will be displayed, as shown below.
