Odoo Website Quotation and backend Sales Order requires many actions, such as converting a quotation to an order, creating an invoice, validating an invoice, registering payment for an invoice. Normally, one need to perform these actions manually to complete a Website order or Sales Order. Automated Website order Processing Odoo app provides configuration workflow to automate all or some of these specific processes and action. Once the workflow is configured, it is to be linked with sales order and then all these process will manage accordingly on just one click.
This Odoo app supports for both community as well as enterprise version. This odoo app provides configuration workflow for both sales order and website order. You can select this configured workflow for specific customer and based on selected workflow setting order will be process automatically. While customer accept quotation from the web portal this automated workflow will be process and all the configured action will automatically runs which will reduce lots of manual efforts . Backend sales order user can see process button when user click on it than quotation and sales order process automatically.

User can configure default followers from general settings.

User can easily manage default followers for any of odoo models.
Configuration for Default Followers
Goto Settings -> General Settings in that click on "CONFIGURE DEFAUT FOLLOWERS" button to configure default followers.
Configured Default Followers in List View
You can see configured default followers of sale, purchase, invoice, inventory etc in list view.
Configured Default Followers in Form View
Create New Sale Quotation
You can see the follower's list is 0(Zero) before confirm the quotation.
Default Followers are Added in Sale Order
You can see configured default followers are added in sale order.
Default Followers are Added in Delivery Order
You can see configured default followers are added in delivery order.
Default Followers are Added in Invoice
You can see configured default followers are added in invoice.
Default Followers are Added in Purchase Order
