This app automates the generation of unique lot or serial numbers, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the supply chain. User can set digit.
Users are allowed to add digit as lot number.
User can set prefix.
Users are allowed to add prefix as lot number.
Generates serial/lot number.
You don't have to create serial/lot number manually,it will create number automatically as per configuration like global or product wise.
Generates serial/lot number as per configuration.
It will create new serial/lot no for the product stock as per your input.
Auto Generate Lot/Serial Number Configuration
Under Inventory > Configuration > Settings menu you can see lot/serial no configurations. You have options to set Serial Number. 1. Global Option : If you select "Global" option then in picking, manufacturing order and in inventory adjustment, Product lot/serial number is set based on global digit and prefix. 2. Product Wise Option : If you select "Product Wise" option then in picking, manufacturing order and in inventory adjustment, Product lot/serial number is set based on particular product digit and prefix.
Create Purchase Order
Create purchase order and select product and click confirm order.
Confirm Purchase Order
On click of confirm order picking orders will be created.
Products with Lot/Serial No.
You can see the finished products with your custom serial/lot no in picking order.
Tracking as "By Unique Serial Number"
In product select Tracking as "By Unique Serial Number" And create Manufacturing Order for the product.
Create Manufacturing Order
Create Manufacturing order and select product and click confirm order.
You can see the finished products with global lot/serial no.
Auto Generate Lot/Serial No. For Inventory Adjustment
Under Inventory > Operations > Physical Inventory menu create new inventory adjustment.
Products with Lot/Serial No.
You can see the finished products with your custom lot/serial no in inventory adjustment.
Product Wise Auto Generate Lot/Serial Number Configuration
Under Inventory > Configuration > Settings menu you can see lot/serial no, Select Product Wise option.
Set Product Digit and Prefix
Set product digit and prefix under inventory tab.
Create Purchase Order
Create purchase order and select product and click confirm order.
Confirm Purchase Order
On click of confirm order picking orders will be created.
Product wise Lot/Serial Number
You can see the finished products with Product Wise serial/lot no in picking order.

In product select Tracking as "By Unique Serial Number or By Lots" And create Manufacturing Order for the product.
