Auto Budget Creation simplifies and automates the budgeting process in Odoo by generating new budgets from predefined templates. Instead of manually creating budgets at the start of each financial year, this module ensures consistency, saves time, and reduces errors—making financial planning more efficient and reliable.
Centralized Budget Template
Define a master budget template within Accounting Settings. This template serves as the foundation for all new budgets, ensuring standardized budget structures and calculations.
Automated Budget Generation
The module automatically creates a new budget based on the template at the beginning of each new financial year.
Budget Category List View
Accounting > Configuration > Budget Category menu is where users create budget categories.
Budget Category Form View
Users can create budget categories, assign a department, code, and parent category.
Auto Budget Create Configuration
In Accounting > Configuration > Settings, users can select a budget template and set the financial start date.
Cron for Create New Financial Year Budget Automatically.
Analytic Budget List View
Accounting > Accounting > Analytic Budget menu is where users create budget.
Budget Form View
After a year, a new budget is automatically generated. User should check it over, add category that need to be included, and then click 'Done' when it's ready.
Budget Report
Clicking the "Action" button makes the "Budget Report" button visible. Clicking the "Budget Report" button then allows users to print the budget report.
