It also facilitates the smooth integration of Odoo Calendar events with Timesheets. By eliminating duplicate entries, it guarantees accurate time tracking and enables users to categorize recorded time as billable or non-billable for precise project costing. This module ensures uniformity in timesheet records, payroll computations, and project time tracking inside Odoo.
Calendar Meeting Integration With Timesheet
Automatically generates timesheet entries for assignees based on calendar meetings.
Captures meeting start and end times, and duration for accurate timesheet updates.
Real-Time Timesheet Updates
Updates timesheets in real-time whenever a meeting is scheduled or modified
Time Update Reason Tracking
Captures and stores the reason for time modifications for future reference and reporting.
Custom Project and Task Selection for Customer Meetings
These fields ensure that meetings are correctly linked to specific projects and tasks, aiding in accurate time tracking.
Calendar Meeting Integration With Timesheet Configuration
Under Calendar > Configuration > Settings menu you can see Calendar Settings. The user need to enable the "Create Timesheet" feature to automatically generate timesheet entries directly from calendar meetings.
Create a Meeting
User can create a meeting on clicking on new button and select relevant project and task, then user need to add start and stop time of the meeting.
Timesheet Auto-Creation for Assignees
You can see automatic created timesheet for selected user.
User can also see timesheet created in my timesheet.
Meeting Rescheduling Update With Reason Tracking
Whenever a meeting’s scheduled time or duration is changed, User can add Reason for Time Update.
Also Whenever a meeting' scheduled time or duration is changed, Timesheet is updated in real-time whenever a meeting is scheduled or modified.
Timesheet is also updated in My timesheet for selected user.
