CRM Receiving Email Blacklist
This module was written to blacklist spam leads and to prevent receiving future emails from them
Features
- possibility to blacklist the email address
- possibility to blacklist the domain address
- possibility to either delete or archive the blacklisted lead
- possibility to import spam email addresses or domains
To configure this module, you need to go to Settings / CRM, and down below, we have a section for Lead Blacklisting.
You have three options:
1. Nothing Selected: There won't be any action after blacklisting the lead/opportunity.
2. Delete: This will delete the lead/opportunity after blacklisting.
3. Archive: This will archive the lead/opportunity after blacklisting, without marking it as Lost.

From Lead/Opportunity List view or Form view, on the Actions, select to blacklist either the email address or the domain:

Now, if you go the related menus "Receiving Email Blacklist" or "Receiving Domain Blacklist", you can see the list of the blacklisted email/domain.
