Custom Templates and Message Filters for Discuss
Advance Discuss Features allows users to upgrade the messaging experience within the Discuss app by introducing tools that support better message management and faster communication. With this module, users can pin important messages to keep critical information visible and accessible at all times. It also enables favouriting specific chats or messages, helping users quickly locate key discussions. In addition, the module offers chat templates, allowing users to send predefined responses or commonly used messages with a single click. This is especially useful for teams that need to respond quickly and consistently in internal chats. These features combined enhance productivity, reduce the chances of missing key messages, and ensure smoother collaboration across teams.
Favorite Chat
Users can add important or frequently used chats to their favorites using a star symbol.
Pin Channel
Users can pin their most active or important channels for easy access.
Predefined Message Template
Users can create and use predefined message templates for faster, more consistent communication.
Filter Chats
User can filter chats by Unread and Groups.
Pin Channels
User can pin their most active or important channels on clicking on pin button.
Add Chats To Favourite
User can add important or frequently used chats to their favorites by clicking on star button.
Favourite Chats
User can see the chats are added to the favourite chat.
User can Create there predefined Templates by clicking on Templates button.
Create New Template
User can create predefined message template by clicking on NEW button.
Click on Highlighted Button
Chat Template Pop Up
User can see Chat Template Pop Up where user can choose there template for predefined message.
Click on Apply button to apply message in chat.
user can see predefined message in chat.User can click on send button to send this message.
Filter By Unread
User can click on Unread button to unread messages.
Filter by Group
User can click on Groups button to group messages.
Warning / Validation
If User try to pin more than 3 channels than validation message occurs.
