Users can easily create bonuses based on both fixed amounts and percentages, while also specifying the target group criteria, which can include factors like country, state, company, department, and job profile. This Odoo app ensures that employees receive email notifications detailing their bonuses and that the bonus amount is accurately reflected in their payrolls and reports, streamlining the bonus management process for organizations.
Manage Employee Bonus
User can easily create or manage employee bonus.
Employee Bonus Applied by Amount and Percentage
User have to applied employee bonus which is based on amount and percentage.
Email Notification for Employee Bonus
Employee will get email notification for applied bonus with details.
Employee Bonus in Payslip
User can see bonus will be calculated in employee payslip and report.
Employee Bonus Menu
Goto Employees -> Configuration -> Employee Bonus menu in that user can create employee bonus with required details.
Create Employee Bonus
User can create employee bonus in that select employee bonus applied by 'Amount' and 'Percentage'.
User have to select bonus group target as 'Country Wise', 'State Wise', 'Company Wise', 'Department Wise' and 'Job Profile Wise'.
Confirm Employee Bonus
User can view the bonus applicable employees in 'Employees' tab and click on 'CONFIRM' button to confirm the employee bonus.
Employee Bonus Send By Email
User can send employee bonus via email for that click on 'EMAIL TO EMPLOYEES' button.
Validate Employee Bonus
User can validate employee bonus by click on 'VALIDATE' button.
Once validated employee bonus, It should be moved in 'DONE' stage.
Email Notification for Employee Bonus
Display Bonus Amount in Employee Form
User can view the bonus amount in the employee's form view.
Employee Bonus in Payslip
When user compute employee payslip at that time bonus amount would be calculated.
