HR gets real-time WhatsApp notifications for leave requests.

Customizable Message Templates

Personalize WhatsApp templates as per needs.

WhatsApp Notification

Configure WhatsApp notification templates for leave requests. Click the "Submit for Approval" button to send the template for approval.

Once approved, it can be used for sending leave request notifications.

WhatsApp Notification

Configure WhatsApp notification templates for leave requests. Once the template is submitted for approval, it will be reviewed. Upon approval, its status will change to "Approved", and it will be ready for use in automated leave request notifications.

WhatsApp Configuration

Go to Configuration > WhatsApp Business Accounts to set up WhatsApp messaging. Enter your credentials and use Test Connection to verify. Sync templates with Sync Templates.

Create Time Off Request

Go to Time Off and click New to create your leave request.

Submit Time Off Request

Fill in the details such as Time Off Type, Dates, Duration, and Description. Click Save & Close to submit your request.

Send Time Off Request via WhatsApp

After creating a Time Off request, Users can click the WhatsApp button to send the request details instantly. This helps in quick approval or response from the manager.

WhatsApp Time Off Request Popup

Clicking the WhatsApp button opens a popup where you enter the phone number and select a message template. Then, you can send the leave request instantly.

WhatsApp Message Log Update

Once the message is successfully sent, it appears in the log with a confirmation. The leave request details are also delivered via WhatsApp for quick review.
