It provides a clear overview of the workforce, highlighting employees with excessive workloads with a distinctive red ribbon, while those with lighter workloads are indicated with a reassuring green ribbon. This visual cue simplifies the process of identifying workload imbalances within the organization, making it easy to allocate resources more efficiently.
Additionally, the app offers a proactive notification system. Users will receive email notifications that contain essential details about employee workloads. These notifications include information about the specific employees affected and their respective workload status. This feature ensures that users stay informed and can take timely action to manage employee workloads effectively.
Manage Workload of Employee
User can managing the workload of an employees.
Define Employee Workload
User can define the minimum hours in week and the number of days to calculate employee workload.
Enable/Disable Workload Notification
User have access to enable or disable workload notification of an employee.
Email Notification of Employee Workload
User will get an email stating the workload notification having the details of employee and employee workload.
Define Employee Workload
In company form, User have to define minimum hours in week and the number of days to calculate the workload hours.
Display Employees Workload
User can view the employees workload in that the employee who are having more workload shown in red ribbon while the employee having less workload shown in green ribbon.
Enable/Disable Workload Notification
In user configuration under 'Preferences' tab user have to enable 'Workload Notification' option to getting an email notification of employee workload.
Email Notification of Team Employee Workload
User can view the details of employee and employee workload via email.
