Survey File Question

In the survey, users can create questions using various input types, including single text, range, password, color, file upload, and URL fields, allowing respondents to provide answers accordingly.

Enhanced Single-Line Text Box

The "Single Line Test Box" feature can be enhanced by allowing users to control the use of special characters and to define a regular expression pattern for answer validation.

In the option tab, user can decide the length of the answer by specifying min/max length and also display an error if the condition is not matched.

Color-Based Question Type

The system allows users to create questions specifically about colors, enabling them to select "Color" as the question type and provide a list of acceptable color answers.

Range-Based Question Type

The system allows users to create range-based questions, specifying the minimum and maximum values along with the range step in the answer section. In the constraints section, users can mark the field as mandatory and define a custom error message.

Password-Based Question Type

The system supports a "Password Field" question type, allowing users to define input validation rules and designate the field as mandatory within the options tab.

Users can now preview the employee feedback survey by clicking on the "Test" button.

Start Survey

Clicking the "Test" button opens a form view where users can initiate the survey by clicking the "Start Survey" button.

The system validates user input for the pincode field. If the entered pincode has fewer than six digits, a validation error is displayed.

Select user favorite color and click "Continue" to proceed to the next question.

Range Selection Question Type

The "Range Selection" question type allows survey participants to define a range by clicking and dragging on a visual indicator. Once the desired range is set, participants can click "Continue" to proceed.

Password Field

The password field within the survey requires participants to create a new password. The system enforces validation rules, such as minimum password length and the inclusion of special characters. If these criteria are not met, an error message will be displayed.

URL Sharing

This form allows users to create a new URL, which can then be shared with clients by adding the generated URL within the provided field and clicking "Continue."

Upload File On Survey

On survey participants can see "Add File" options for "File Upload" question type, by clicking this button user can upload a file as attachment.

Review Uploaded Answers

Once participants finish survey user can view uploaded answers by clicking "review your answers" button and also download and view attachments by clicking file.

View Survey Participants

Survey administrators can view a list of participants who have taken a specific survey by clicking on the "Participants" option within the survey form.

Viewing and Printing Test Participant Answers

Within the "Answer" tab, administrators can view the test answers submitted by each participant. Once a test is completed, the system indicates its status as "Completed." Administrators can then print a list of the participant answers by clicking the "Print" button.
