Automatically tracks the status and location of assigned equipment.
Automatic Asset Code Generation

Automatically updates employee name in the components section.

Tracks and updates assignment dates, end dates, and changes.

Move equipment through stages like Draft, Occupied, Free to Use, and Scrap.
Approve Or Reject Requests

Equipment Request Approval And Automatic Generate Asset Code Access Rights
User with allow "Equipment Request Approval" access rights only can access equipment approval process.
User with allow "Automatic Generate Asset Code" access rights only can automatic generate asset code.
Create Equipment Request
Under Maintenance > Equipment > Equipment Requests menu user can create new equipment request on clicking on new button and user can see automatic generated request no and also can submit request to manager on clicking on Submit to Manager button.
Approve Equipment Requests By Manager
Once User submitted equipment request to manager, equipment request stage moved to Submit To Manager stage and manager can approve or reject the equipment request.
Approved Equipment Requests and Chatter Log
Once Manger approve the equipment request the request move to the Approved stage and also can see the chatter log of approve Equipment request.
Create New Equipment
Under Maintenance > Equipment > Machines & Tools User can create new equipment on clicking on new button.also user can see auto generated equipment code.
User can add assigned date and can assign equipment to employee. Here user can see components and User History tab.
Equipment User History
If Equipment occupied to any employee then that user history is shown in User History tab with employee name and assigned date.
Assign Equipment Components
User can assign equipment components and automaticaly that equipment user are assigned to that components equipment.
User Log Of That Components Equipment
User can see components equipment user history under User History tab to whom it is assigned right now. also user can see equipment assigned to that employee.
Equipment Return or Change Log
If any components equipment is changed or returned than user can see the return date in User History Tab.
User can see End date under User History and also equipment stage is set to free to use if that equipment is free to use for user.
Equipment Return / Change Log
If the equipment is returned or assigned to other employee than that log is Updated in User History with assigned date & end date with employee name.
Reject Equipment Request
Manager can reject the equipment request by clicking on reject button.
Rejected Equipment Request With Chatter Log
User can see rejected equipment request with chatter log.
