Operation Types
In inventory configuration >> operation types menu.
On the operation types one of the delivery order type form, one field for the lot/serial number field is ticked.
Lot/Serial No.
In the inventory configuration setting option user can select the global in the lot/serial no. and write the digits & Prefix.
The tracking field of a specific product allows the user to select the By Unique Serial Number.

The user can now create the delivery and select the unique serial number product within it.

Product Wise Lot/Serial Number
In the inventory settings, the user can select the boolean for each product.
Now in the product setting, the user can select the by lot and set the digits & prefix boolean.
Now in the product setting, the user can select the by unique serial number and set the digits & prefix boolean.
The user can now create the delivery and select the Lot number product within it.

When updating an existing record, if a specific boolean field is set to True and the on-hand quantity is 0, and a delivery order is created, then a new lot/serial number should be generated.
Then, the user can select a product with zero on-hand quantity and choose it using a unique serial number in the 'Track Inventory' field.
The user can now create the delivery and select the Serial number product within it.
