Secondary UoM for MRP allows manufacturers to manage multiple units of measure seamlessly within the MRP workflow. This module enables automatic conversion between a primary and secondary UoM, ensuring accurate tracking of quantities in sales orders, quotations, invoices, inventory, and reports. For example, if a product's primary UoM is boxes, the system can automatically display its equivalent in square feet based on predefined conversion rates. Users can search, sort, and filter products by both UoMs, improving inventory visibility and production planning. The module also integrates secondary UoM calculations into the product master, ensuring that manufacturing and inventory operations reflect precise unit conversions dynamically.

Enable Secondary UOM on Product

User can enable secondary UOM and select secondary UOM for particular product.

Add Secondary Qty and Secondary UOM on MRP

User can add secondary quantity and secondary unit of measure in bill of material and manufacturing order.

Enable Secondary UOM on Product

User can enable 'Secondary UOM' checkbox then select secondary UOM for that product.

Once secondary UOM set then view the secondary UOM quantity.

Secondary Qty and Secondary UOM on BOM

User can see secondary quantity and secondary unit of measure on bill of material.

User can see secondary quantity and secondary unit of measure on BOM components.

Secondary Qty and Secondary UOM on Manufacturing Order

User can see secondary quantity and secondary unit of measure on manufacturing order.

Secondary Qty and Secondary UOM on Production Order Report

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.
