Multi Branch Meeting Room Odoo app helps companies with several branches easily book and manage meeting rooms in different locations. It works like having separate systems for each branch, but with one central way to control everything. You can assign meeting rooms to specific branches, easily find available rooms in a particular branch, and set permissions so that people in one branch only see and manage their own rooms. Because it works with Odoo's scheduling features, it makes booking rooms simple and clear for teams that are spread out across different offices.
Multi Branch Concept
It allows you to create multiple Branch/Unit, Working as multi branch concept same as Odoo's multi company environment.
Set Branch On Meeting Rooms
User can see branch functionality added to Meeting Rooms Booking.
Branch Access Rights
User have to give branch access like User or Administrator, User have to "Multi Branches"
Create Multiple Branch
Branch Administrator can create multiple branch under Settings > Users & Companies > Branch menu, Branch administrator also can set branch details like address, phone, company.
Assign Branch User
Branch administrator can assign a branch for which specific user is belongs.
Multi Branch Feature
Users with "Multi Branches" access rights can see and change multiple branch from header.
On clicking branch on header user can see allowed branches and can select one, on changing branch users branch will also changed under users settings.
Branch on Bookings List View
In the Meeting Rooms module, under the Bookings menu, users can view the Branch column in the list view and users can select a branch from the header.
Under the Bookings Form View, users can view booking details, including the Branch field, which displays the associated branch of the booking.
Branch on Rooms List View
In the Meeting Rooms module, under the Rooms menu, users can view the Branch column in the list view and users can select a branch from the header.
Under the Rooms Form View, users can view rooms details, including the Branch field, which displays the associated branch of the booking.
Group by Branch
The Group By Branch feature allows users to view bookings based on their branch.
