Dropbox Connector Access Rights
Under Settings > Users & Companies > Users, User need give Dropbox Dashboard access rights to user.

Under Dropbox Connector > Dropbox Instances User can create their instance on clicking on new button.
Here user need to add their dropbox app key and app secret and active the created instance and click on Setup Access Token to generate Access token.

Here user need to click on Get Access Code button to generate access token.

Add generated access token here and click on Confirm button to add access token in instance.

Dropbox Odoo Configuration
Under Dropbox Connector > Dropbox Odoo Configuration Menu user can configure Models to sync their attachment with dropbox.
Dropbox Configurations
Here user need to add model and enable options to sync when they want to perform actions.
Upload Document to Dropbox Connector
User can upload their document in Dropbox Connector on clicking on Upload button.
User can also drag and drop their document in Dropbox Connector.
Upload to Dropbox Wizard
Clicking on Upload button a wizard will open. Here user need to upload their files and click on Upload button.
User can see file is uploaded to Dropbox Connector.
Manually Sync Record Attachment to Dropbox Connector
Sales, Purchase , CRM, Employees and Contacts records attachments can be directly synced from records server action for manual sync.
User need to click on Dropbox: Sync Sales Order button to sync record attachment to Dropbox Connector.
Synced Record to Dropbox Connector
User can see record is synced to Dropbox Connector.
Sync Particular Model Record From Dropbox Configurations.
User can Manually sync particular record from their model configuration on clicking on Sync Particular Record button.
On clicking on Sync Particular Record button a wizard will open where user need to enter record id and click on Sync button to sync record.
Synced Record
User can see record is synced to Dropbox Connector.
Sync All Records
User can sync all records on clicking on Sync All Records button.
Search Files
User can search their files from Dropbox Connector.
Generate Shareable link Of File
User can generate Shareable link of file on clicking on Share link button on file.
Generate Shared Link Wizard
User can see a wizard will open on clicking on share link button here user can check what actions to perform on file link they share and click on Generate button to generate shareable link.
