Own Header/Footer Report Template for Odoo allows users to create unique report templates by adding a letterhead or customizing the header and footer layouts of documents such as purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices. With the help of this module, you can precisely regulate the document structure and guarantee that your company's branding appears consistently in all PDF reports. Within Odoo's reporting structure, users can easily customize header/footer items such as logos, contact information, disclaimers, and legal information. Multiple company environments are supported by the module, enabling distinct templates for each organization.
Upload Letterhead Template
Users can upload their custom-designed letterhead to be used as a background or overlay for reports. This can include the company logo, address, and any official branding elements.
Dynamic Header and Footer Customization
Allows defining specific content for the header and footer, such as page numbers, document titles, company information, and disclaimers, aligned with the uploaded letterhead.
Upload Header/Footer Report Template
From settings click on own report template option under layout menu and upload your template by clicking on Upload your file button.
Here user can see the uploaded template and click save.
Print PDF
From the invoicing module user can print the template when an invoice is created.
