Payroll Rules in Employee Contract allows seamless integration of payroll details within employee contracts, ensuring employees can access their salary structure and payslip history directly from their contract records. This module introduces a dedicated Payroll Details tab in the employee contract, where the salary structure is automatically fetched based on the selected salary structure type. It ensures that once payroll is processed and finalized, the corresponding payroll details for each employee are updated in the contract. Users with designated access rights—either User or Administrator—can control payroll visibility, ensuring secure and restricted access to sensitive salary information. Additionally, a print option is provided, allowing employees to generate payslips directly from the contract. This module enhances payroll transparency, simplifies payroll tracking, and ensures that salary computations are easily accessible within the HR contract system.
Payroll Details in Employee Contract
Admin or user can view the payroll details in employee contact.
Print Payroll Details in PDF Format
Admin can print payroll details in PDF format.
Contract Rules Admin Access Rights
User have option to choose the "Administrator" or "User" access rights for payroll contact rules.
Create Employee Payslip with Contact
Admin can create employee payslip with contract and view the salary computation.
Payroll Details in Employee Contract
Under "Payroll Details" tab, Admin can view the payroll details in employee contact.
Print Payroll Details
Admin can view the employee payroll details and also have option to print it by clicking on "Print" button.

Contract Rules User Access Rights
User can only view the employee payroll details.
