Timeoff Own Access Odoo App provides enhanced control over employee leave management by introducing tailored access rights specific to time off requests and records. This feature ensures that users can view and manage only their own timeoff data, maintaining privacy and compliance with organizational policies. It empowers employees with the autonomy to monitor their leave history while giving administrators the flexibility to assign additional access rights where necessary. By refining access levels, the system supports secure and efficient timeoff workflows, fostering a balanced approach between user independence and HR oversight.
Restricted access
Users can only view and manage their own time-off requests, with no access to other users' data.
View upcoming or past time off requests
Users can see a list of their past or upcoming approved/rejected time off requests.
Time-Off Access Control
Here, a user can view time-off access rights based on their selected role. When a user selects the "User" role, they can only view their own time-off data. However, if the user selects "Administrator" or "Officer," they can view time-off data for all members.
Time-Off Access Rights Based on User Roles
Upon selecting "User" access, the time-off calendar will be filtered to display only time-off requests submitted by the currently logged-in user.
New Time-Off Request Creation
By default, users can create new time-off requests only for themselves. However, if they do not explicitly select the "User" option, they can create time-off requests for all members.
