Unread Message Indicator in Kanban View
Displays a clear, visual indicator on Kanban cards when there are unread messages associated with the item.
Message Counter
The counter on each Kanban card updates dynamically, reflecting the number of unread messages for that specific record.
Create Project Task
Create new project task in kanban view.
Send message to the user in project task.
Unread Message Show With Counter In Project Task
The receiver can see the unread message with counter in project tasks kanban view.
In the CRM lead model create lead/pipeline and send message to user you want.

The receiver can see the unread message with counter in CRM lead kanban view.
After Reading Messages
Once the user see the message, message counter will disappear.
