User Audit Management Odoo App is designed to provide complete transparency and accountability by tracking and recording user activities within the system. This app enables businesses to maintain a detailed audit log of all user actions, ensuring a secure and controlled operational environment. By capturing essential details such as user activities, changes made, and activity type like Read, write, delete, create etc. User can see only the user audit log while the manager can do audit configuration, see the user audit log, and clear the audit log. Audit logs can be group by users, also by object, and by type (Read, write, delete, create). Manager can be clear log using models and types also there would be option to clear all the log.
Audit Log Access Rights
There will be access rights of audit log for user and manager.
Easy to Track User's Activity
This app will allow users to track a user's activity by using read, write, create and delete operations.
Group By Audit Logs
Audit logs can be group by users, also by object, and by type (Read, write, delete, create).
Clear Audit Log
Manager can be clear log using models and types also there would be option to clear all the log.
User Audit Access Rights
User can give an access rights for audit. There will be 2 Types 'User' and 'Manager'.
1) User - User will be allowed to see the audit log only.
2) Manager - Manager can do audit configuration, see the user audit log, and clear the audit log.
User Audit Model
User can view the separate model of user audit.
Audit Configuration
Goto Audit -> Configuration in that view the list of audit configuration created by manager.
Configure audit by name, Where Audit would be there and read, write, create and delete operation need to tick mark.
There are option to apply audit configuration for "All Users" or select specific user by manager.
Select templates and fields, Where user activity need to be tracked and can be added.
Create New Product
Performed Operations in User Audit Log
User can view the performed operations automatically added in user audit log with details.
User can view create operation log with details.
Edit Product Name
Performed Operations in User Audit Log
User can view the performed operations automatically added in user audit log with details.
User can view edit/write operation log with updated value and old value.
Delete Product
Performed Operations in User Audit Log
User can view the performed operations automatically added in user audit log with details.

Clear Log Menu
Clear Log Wizard
Manager can clear log by enabling operations and selecting objects then click on "DELETE" button.
Clear Audit Log
User can see cleared audit log based on selected operations and objects.

Manager can clear all log by enabling "All Log" option.
