Scrap Resale and Recycling Management is a powerful odoo app that helps businesses to manage their scrap materials by facilitating their resale and recycling requests. This Odoo app allows businesses to sell their scrap materials to third-party vendors by creating resell requests, and sales orders will be created on confirming requests. It helps companies to convert their scrap into a source of revenue. This app enables businesses to recycle their scrap materials internally by creating a recycling request and a purchase order will be created for that, it helps users to reduce their waste and contribute to environmental sustainability.

Create Scrap Recycle Request

User can create scrap recycle request to reduce their waste.

Create Scrap Resale Request

Create scrap resell request to convert scrap into a source of revenue.

Create Scrap Waste Request

Create Scrap waste request directly, and also from resell or recycle request.

Print Scrap Reports

Print scrap report for resell, recycle and inventory waste report.

Recycle Request Menu

Under Manufacturing > Scrap Management > Recycle Request menu user can create and manage recycle request for scrap.

Create Recycle Request

User can select "Waste Product, Waste Quantity, and BOM Product" and order lines for recycle request will be added from BOM. User need to click the "IN PROGRESS" button.

Purchase Order for Recycle Request

On clicking "IN PROGRESS" button user can see purchase order will created with BOM order line.

User can see created purchase order and validate order, User can see on validating purchase order state of recycle request will changed accordingly.

Create Scrap from Recycle Request

User can create scrap from recycle request by clicking "CREATE SCRAP" button, User need to enter "Scrap Reason, Scrap Location, and Scrap Quantity".

User can see created scrap order from recycle order.

Resale Request Menu

Under Manufacturing > Scrap Management > Resale Request menu user can create and manage resale request for scrap.

Create Resale Request

User can select "Waste Product, Waste Quantity, and BOM Product" and order lines for resale request will added from BOM. User need to click "IN PROGRESS" button.

Sale Order for Resale Request

On clicking "IN PROGRESS" button user can see sale order will created with BOM order line.

User can see created sale order and validate order, User can see on validating sale order state of resale request will changed accordingly.

Create Scrap from Resale Request

User can create scrap from resale request by clicking "CREATE SCRAP" button, User need to enter "Scrap Reason, Scrap Location, and Scrap Quantity".

User can see created scrap order from resale order.

Create Scrap Waste Request

Under Manufacturing > Scrap Management > Scrap Waste Request menu user can create and manage waste request for scrap.

Scrap Reports

Under Manufacturing > Scrap Management > Scrap Reports menu user can print scrap recycle report, scrap sell report, scrap waste request report.

User can select start date, end date, and report type and print report.
