By maintaining a predefined zip and city master database, the app ensures that address details are accurate and standardized, improving record reliability and saving valuable time. Zip Master
The Zip Master feature manages ZIP codes and cities, with a mandatory 6-digit ZIP field and a city lookup from the City Master.
City Master
The City Master feature manages cities and states, with a mandatory city field and a state lookup from the Fed States master.
City Menu
Under Contacts > Configuration > City menu user can view and create City on clicking on New button.
Created New City
User can create and view new city.
Zip Menu
Under Contacts > Configuration > Zip menu user can view and create zip on clicking on New button.
Created a New Zip
User can create a new zip for city on clicking New button.
Zip and City for Contact
Users can select a ZIP code from the created ZIP and upon selection, the city, state, and country will automatically update based on the chosen ZIP code.
Updated address of employee
User can see the address of employee is also updated based on the zip code.
Warning / Validation
If the user enters a city that does not match the selected ZIP code, a validation error will occur.
If the user enters a state that does not match the selected ZIP code, a validation error will occur.
If the user enters a Country that does not match the selected ZIP code, a validation error will occur.
