This module delivers a centralized loyalty program synchronized across Odoo Backend, Point of Sale, and Website shop. Configure earn and redeem rules once — amount spent per point, point value, minimum order amounts, and redemption limits — and apply them consistently on sales orders, POS transactions, and e-commerce checkout. Customer balances and full transaction history live on the partner record. POS cashiers see loyalty balance when selecting a customer and can redeem points on the payment screen with offline protection. Website shoppers apply points directly from the cart and payment pages without a full reload, and logged-in customers see their balance in the shop header. Refunds and cancellations are handled with idempotent ledger entries, and multi-company record rules keep data isolated per company.

• 1. Go to Sales → Loyalty → Loyalty Programs and configure earn rate, redeem value, minimum order amount, redemption limits, and excluded products. A default program is created on install.
• 2. In Point of Sale → Configuration → Settings, enable the Loyalty Program, select your program, and ensure the discount product is available in POS.
• 3. On backend draft quotations or orders, click Redeem Points in the header to apply or remove redemption before confirming the order.
• 4. In POS, select a customer to see their balance, then on the payment screen click Redeem Points and enter the amount. A discount line is added automatically.
• 5. On the website, logged-in customers see their balance in the shop header and can apply or remove loyalty points from the cart and checkout pages using the loyalty widget.
