LiqPay Odoo Subscription Payments module extends the LiqPay Website Payments module, which should be installed and configured to activate fully automated subscription LiqPay payments.
LiqPay Odoo Subscription Payments module extends the LiqPay Website Payments module, which should be installed and configured to activate fully automated subscription LiqPay payments.
This module is intended exclusively for the Odoo Enterprise edition, as it requires the Odoo Subscriptions module, which is available only in Enterprise.
Automate Odoo Subscriptions with LiqPay
This module connects Odoo Subscriptions with LiqPay to fully automate billing for subscription products. First and subsequent recurring card payments are initiated and confirmed via LiqPay, while Odoo creates and links the corresponding invoices, payments, and subscription records. Subscriptions automatically end on their expiry date or when manually closed in Odoo, with LiqPay recurring charges stopped accordingly.

Checkout Subscription Setup
The first Checkout payment creates a subscription in Odoo and registers a recurring plan in LiqPay with the initial charge date.
Payment Link Subscriptions
Payments via Odoo Payment Links (Sales Orders / Invoices) create subscriptions with the same recurring logic as Checkout.
LiqPay-Managed Charges
Odoo sends only the required data (customer, amount, terms, recurrence). LiqPay handles the first and all subsequent recurring charges.
Initial Billing Sync
Auto-createsnthe first Invoice and Payment in Odoo for the initial LiqPay charge, linked to the transaction and LiqPay payment ID.
Recurring Billing Sync
For each successful recurring charge, Odoo auto-creates a new Invoice, Payment, and Transaction until the subscription ends.
Automatic Cancellation
When the end date is reached, Odoo closes the subscription and cancels the recurring plan in LiqPay to stop further charges.
Key Business Benefits
- Manual cancellation: Closing a LiqPay subscription in Odoo cancels it in LiqPay, stops future charges, and keeps existing invoices/payments unchanged.
- Idempotent callbacks: Failed/declined callbacks donât create invoices or payments, and duplicate LiqPay payment IDs are ignored.
- Multi-company support: Callbacks are processed in the correct company, and invoices/payments are created only there.
- LiqPay subscription ID and current LiqPay subscription status are stored on the related Sales Order in the âOther Infoâ tab, giving users a quick view of the external subscription status directly from Odoo.
