Blood Group
This module extends the HR Employee module by adding a new field for blood group under the employee's private information. The field is a dropdown (selection) with standard blood group options (e.g., A+, A−, B+, B−, AB+, AB−, O+, O−). This enhancement allows HR departments to record and maintain employees' blood group information efficiently for medical or emergency use.
