Bloomup Helpdesk Plus

Extends the standard functionalities of the Odoo Helpdesk module to offer more advanced and personalized management. Designed for companies seeking granular control over customer support, this module adds powerful tools to enhance efficiency and communication.

Key Features:

Ticket Counter Management: Define and manage ticket quotas for your customers. Each counter can have a total number of tickets (or unlimited), a validity period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, unlimited), and specific start and end dates. You can also designate counters as "extra tickets." Customers can have multiple counters associated with them. The portal view allows customers to see their active counters and their usage (total, used, remaining). Remaining tickets are highlighted for clarity.

Automatic Counting and Recalculation: The system automatically calculates used and remaining tickets in real-time. It also features a scheduled automatic process (every 12 hours) that recalculates ticket usage for all active counters.

Counter-Based Automation: The module automates actions based on the status of counters. It sends automatic email notifications when a counter reaches zero or a negative number of remaining tickets. It can also automatically set the stage of a ticket to "on hold" if the associated counter has a negative balance.

On Hold Ticket Management Define specific stages as "on hold." The module can automatically move "on hold" tickets to the initial processing stage when the customer has available quota.

Company/Counter Ticket Association Link helpdesk tickets to specific customer companies and counters.

Customer Portal Customization Enhance the customer experience on the Helpdesk portal. Customers can filter their tickets based on the associated counter or view only "My Tickets." Active counters for the customer's company are displayed. Some default filters (user/team assignment) have been removed to simplify the interface.

Chatter and E-mail Anonymization:Improve privacy and professionalism. You can configure a helpdesk team to anonymize internal user replies in the chatter, displaying the customer company's name and logo instead of the internal user's name and avatar.

Controlled Ticket Visibility: Portal users can only see helpdesk tickets associated with their main company.

Custom Ticket Submission Form: If the user's company has defined counters, the ticket submission form on the portal includes a dropdown menu to select a counter (excluding extra tickets).
