Step-by-Step Configuration

Install & Enable
Add the module to your addons path, update the Apps list, search for “BOXO Return,” and install it. -

Enter BOXO Credentials
Go to Website → Configuration → Settings → BOXO Return, paste your BOXO API key, and (optionally) override the API endpoint provided by BOXO. -

Define Pricing
Configure the reusable deposit (excl. VAT) and optionally enable a disposable surcharge (incl. VAT). The module auto-creates the necessary service products. -

Set Eligibility Rules
Choose whether all products are allowed, all but selected items are excluded, or only selected items are eligible. -

Customize Tooltip Copy
Adjust only the BOXO tooltip text so the customer-facing microcopy aligns with your brand voice. -

Automate Follow-Up
Review the “BOXO Return: Reusable Packaging Instructions” email template and configure the cron delay for reusable orders. -

Test the Flow
Use a Netherlands shipping address, pick a delivery carrier, and verify eligibility, pricing, and accounting entries before going live.
